Located at the old Lake City Glass Location you will find our friendly Shipping and Receiving Manager and staff, ready to provide the services you require with a smile and even a joke or two. Please, however be patient, we are continuously updating our systems and making every attempt to streamline all processes to make it easier for you, our awesome and wonderful customers. We do apologize for that, but have a coffee or cold water on us while you wait. Let out a joke or two, ship a smile and a laugh. It will be worth it.

With your mailbox rental, there is no more need to worry about where your packages will get delivered. Included in your rental, is parcel/package holds. So in other words, get your parcels delivered to us and we will keep them until you can pick them up without the worry of them being returned to the sender (some applicable fees apply for extended holds) and..... we phone you when a parcel gets dropped off for you.
