Please, however be patient, we are continuously updating our systems and making every attempt to streamline all processes to make it easier for you, our awesome and wonderful customers. With your mailbox rental, there is no more need to worry about where your packages will get delivered. Included in your rental, is parcel/package holds. So in other words, get your parcels delivered to us and we will keep them until you can pick them up without the worry of them being returned to the sender (some applicable fees apply for extended holds) and..... we phone you when a parcel gets dropped off for you.
